Removed from the Consent Calendar to New Business. Council Member Glaze commented that Engineering did a tremendous job of working with businesses and individuals in the area of modifying the restricted parking on Lewelling Boulevard in order to allow for the installation of a bike lane. What is proposed this evening is their compromise as a result of those meetings. The following Resolutions were then introduced: - Resolution No. 97-63, Resolution Deleting and Designating No Parking, Title VI, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, Lewelling Boulevard.
