Resolution No. 97-106, Resolution Authorizing Execution of a First Supplement to Fiscal Agent Agreement for Seismic Retrofit Assessment District No. 96-2 (permits fiscal agent to apply interest earnings on the applicable property owner account to reduce the next assessment payment. Amends assessment district formed by City Council on June 3, 1996, to finance seismic retrofit requirements for privately-owned unreinforced masonry buildings). (2813) C. Resolution No. 97-107, Resolution Approving Lease Agreement with Family Services of San Leandro (provides for a fifteen-[15] year Lease Agreement for the period August 31, 1997 through August 21, 2012. (2012) D. Resolution No. 97-108, Resolution Adopting the Alameda County-Wide Homeless Continuum of Care Plan (endorses the County-wide Continuum of Care Plan; supports the 1997 Federal funding application for programs to establish a homeless, service-delivery system required to access Federal funding for all homeless programs; and provides required Council endorsement in order to pursue Federal funding for homeless programs).
