E. Resolution No. 97-23, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Approving an Amendment to the Owner Participation Agreement, Regulatory Agreement, and Related Documents for the Mission Bell Apartment & Stores, Inc., at 112 Garcia Avenue for Seismic Retrofitting and Architectural Improvements and Appropriating Funds; Owner David C. Jorgensen (approves a $15,000 grant and an additional loan of $25,000 to owner to pay final costs required for the seismic retrofit project at the Mission Bell Apartments). F.
