PUBLIC HEARINGS -- CITY COUNCIL <br />A. Matter of Tract 6929; Tentative Map; to Subdivide a 2.61-Acre Parcel <br />Into Four, Single-Family Lots with Access from Boxwood Avenue and to <br />Maintain the Existing Hope Lutheran Church on a Single Parcel; 1801 <br />Manor Boulevard (on the North Side of Manor Boulevard Between Wicks <br />Boulevard and Juniper Street and the End of Boxwood Avenue); Assessor's <br />Parcel Number 80G-1320-11-2; L. Worthington, Better Homes Realty, <br />Applicant; Hope Lutheran Church, Property Owner; RS Residential, Single- <br />Family District. <br />- Motion Certifying the Negative Declaration for Tentative Tract Map <br />6929 as complete and in compliance with CEQA requirements, Subject to <br />the Conditions of Approval. <br />- Resolution Approving Findings for Tentative Map, Tract 6929, 1801 <br />Manor Boulevard, Assessor's Parcel Number 80G-1320-11-2. <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above <br />matter, Elmer Penaranda, Assistant City Planner, gave the staff report <br />and recommended approval by the Council. <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br />Lynn Worthington, Better Homes Realty, Applicant, addressed the Council <br />and explained the project in greater detail. He urged the Council's <br />approval of their proposal. <br />In response to Council questions, it was clarified that they are <br />required to plant street trees. <br />
