Minutes - City of San Leandro City Council and Page - 3 - <br />San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Meeting - December 15, 1997 <br />Bill Lutker, 13214 Aurora Drive, Member of Hope Lutheran Church, <br />addressed the Council and urged them to support the proposed project. <br />He stated it would be an improvement to the City, and he sees it as a <br />win/win situation. He concluded by stating this is a great development. <br />There being no further comments from the public, the Public Hearing was <br />closed. <br />M/S/C Polvorosa and Young. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br />The following Motion and Resolution were then introduced: <br />- Minute Order No. 97-51, Motion Certifying the Negative Declaration <br />for Tentative Tract Map 6929 as complete and in compliance with CEQA <br />requirements, Subject to the Conditions of Approval. (2835) <br />The City Council certified the Negative Declaration for Tract 6929 as <br />complete and in compliance with CEQA requirements. <br />M/S/C Polvorosa and Glaze. Matter of Five-Year Implementation Plan for the Plaza 1 and Plaza 2 <br />Redevelopment Projects and the Joint County of Alameda/City of San <br />Leandro Redevelopment Project (updates projects and programs in the <br />Plaza 1 and Plaza 2 Redevelopment Project Areas and the Joint County of <br />Alameda/City of San Leandro Redevelopment Project Areas). <br />- Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Approving an <br />Update to the Five-Year Implementation Plan for the Plaza 1 and Plaza <br />2 Redevelopment Project Areas. <br />- Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Approving an <br />Update to the Five-Year Implementation Plan for the Joint County of <br />Alameda/City of San Leandro Redevelopment Project Area. <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above <br />matter, June Catalano, Director of Development Services, and Debbie <br />Potter, Redevelopment Administrator, gave brief opening remarks about <br />the Plan. Eileen Dalton, from Alameda County, made some brief remarks <br />and was followed by a slide presentation by Debbie Potter and Jay <br />Glayborne, representing the County. <br />
