There aze no recovery plans or habitat conservation plans that <br />would conflict or be associated with Project implementation. <br />MITIGATION MEASURES <br />Measure LU-1: Prior to construction, the City shall apply for and receive a BCDC permit for <br />construction activities within areas of BCDC jurisdiction. The City shall comply with the <br />provisions of the permit during and after construction.
