The plan must include: <br />^ An inventory of hazardous materials with specific quantity data, storage or containment <br />descriptions, ingredients of mixtures, and physical and health hazard information; <br />^ Site and facility layouts that must be coded to chemical storage areas and other facility <br />safety information; <br />^ Emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials; <br />^ Procedures for immediate notification of releases to the administering agency; <br />^ Evacuation plans and procedures for the facility; <br />^ Description of employee training in evacuation and safety procedures in the event of a <br />release or threatened release of hazardous materials consistent with employee <br />responsibilities, and proof of implementing such training on an annual basis; and <br />^ Identification of local emergency medical assistance appropriate for potential hazardous <br />materials incidents. <br />Implementation of these measures would reduce potential impacts to ales-than-significant level. <br />IMPLEMENTATION <br />PROCEDURE MONITORING AND <br />REPORTING ACTIONS MONITORING <br />RESPONSIBILITY MONITORING <br />~ SCHEDULE <br />1.
