Implementation Planning #1: PM: (24 hrs) $2,400 <br />In concert with New World, TPG wilt craft implementation PA: (24 hrs) $2,400 <br />and training plans to address the needs and time constraints of the BA: (16 hrs) $1,200 <br />City of San Leandro and the Police Department. <br />2. Training Implementation <br />Delivery of training services should be cknely linked with software <br />rollout and module go-live, for effective retention of trained skills. <br />The method and delivery of training is also an important factor in its <br />success. TPG will manage the training rollout, vendor requirements <br />and staff quality review. <br />3. Hardware Rollout <br />TPG will manage all facets of the City's hardware acquisition and <br />implementation, including development/vendor certification of the <br />technology infrastn~cture (network, wireless connectivity, etc.), and <br />the delivery, test and installation of hardware (computers, servers, <br />laptops, printers, etc.). TPG will be responsible for managing <br />delivery, acceptance, installation and cutover. <br />4. IJIS Table Builds <br />TPG will lead the SLPD staff team designated to conduct table <br />building in preparation for system implementation. <br />5. System Module Rollouts (CAD, RMS, FRS, Corrections) <br />Each module will require unique methods of rollout and cutover. <br />TPG staff will remain onsite during each rollout phase, and, in <br />concert with New World, directly manage all tasks related to <br />software implementation. <br />#2: PM: (96 hrs) $9,600 <br />BA: (24 hrs) $1,800 <br />#3: PM: (56 hrs) $5,600 <br />BA: (56 hrs) $4,200 <br />#4: PM: (64 hrs) $ 6,400 <br />PA: (200 hrs) $20,000 <br />BA: (195 hrs) $14,625 <br />#5: PM: (84 hrs) $8,400 <br />PA: (46 hrs) $4,600 <br />BA: (68 hrs) $5,100 <br />6.
