San Leandro, California <br />1.0 Project Scope <br />Statement of Work <br />The objective of this project is to implement New World Systems' Aegis/LE Records, Computer Aided Dispatch, <br />Corrections, Mobile, Field Reporting, and AVL software at the City. The scope of the project includes: <br />• Procuring and installing necessary hardware, system software, and network components. <br />• Installing the AegislMSP Licensed software specified in proposal. <br />• Deliver interfaces as specified. <br />• Training selected Customer staff on the technical use of the software, including: <br />o Daily Operations <br />o Timing and performance management <br />o Back-up and recovery <br />o Reporting <br />o Problem resolution <br />• Training the Customer staff on generating reports to support their business needs. <br />• Converting CAD/RMS and Corrections data and importing it into the Aegis/MSP data bases, as needed. <br />• Training Customer sworn and civilian staff on the business use of the software. <br />• Implementing the software for productive use as specified in the acceptance criteria. <br />• Providing assistance in reviewing and testing of applications during the "live operational use". <br />
