San Leandro, California Statement of Work <br />2.0 Project Organization <br />The success of this project is predicated upon the mutual coordinated efforts of both organizations with the overall <br />management being jointly directed by the New World Project Manager and the Customer Project Manager. <br />New World Staff <br />New World agrees to provide the dcsignated qualified personnel ("Designated Personnel") to perform the Services <br />defined within this Scope of Work. Designated Personnel will remain assigned to the project until the conclusion of <br />'Go-Live' support; subject to continued employment with Ncw World and exclusive of personal emergencies beyond <br />the control of New World. <br />New World will staff the project with the following designated pcrsonnel (subject to change). <br />Executive Sponsors: <br />Mark Dvorak Vice President of Aegis Professional Services <br />Mark is the executive New World Manager for Professional Services and Support over all Aegis projects. Mark will <br />stay actively involved in the project implementation and may attend several on-site project status meetings. <br />Jeff Sanders Director of Western Operations <br />Jeff and his team of Project Managers and Trainers are responsible for the implementation of the Customer project. <br />Jeff will be active in the projcct implementation and scheduling of resources. Jeff will have direct contact on a <br />regular basis with the Customer Project Manager to ensure the highest level of satisfaction during project <br />implementation. <br />Sales Support /Customer Liaison <br />Paul Bazzano Regional Vice President <br />Paul is responsible for the customer liaison during and after the sales process. Paul will stay actively connected with <br />the project and will be included on all project communications. <br />Darien Kusler Regional Territory Manager <br />Darien is responsible for the customer liaison during and after the sales process. Darien will stay actively connected <br />with the project and will be included on all project communications. <br />Customer <br />Customer will staff the project with the following pcrsonnel: <br />Customer Project Manager (TBD) <br />Responsibilities include: <br />• Primary contact for the NWS Project Manager. <br />• Review monthly billable and implementation schedule. <br />• Review and approve implementation schedule. <br />• Communicate and inform high level managcment of project progress, issues, and process changes. <br />• Conduct management briefings. <br />• Approve project scope changes. <br />• Manage scheduling. <br />System Administrator (TBD) <br />Responsibilities include: <br />• Design and implement network connectivity. <br />
