EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />A-1 PROJECT PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION <br />The general purpose of the Sanitary Sewer Asset Management System project is to purchase and <br />implement a Capacity Management Operation and Maintenance (CMOM) product that can <br />import existing and historical sewer system data; incorporate new condition assessments, video <br />inspections and maintenance/repair activities into the database; analyze the sewer system, <br />schedule maintenance and identify the capital repair/replacement needs of the sewer system; and <br />present the information in a GIS format. The CMOM product shall include training and support <br />as necessary to fully implement and maintain the use of the project. <br />The intent of this agreement is for the Consultant to provide computer software and hardware; <br />off-site data hosting, data processing, training, support and associated consulting services for the <br />subject project for a period of five (5) years. Off-site data hosting services shall be provided by <br />Consultant via a subcontract data hosting agreement with ICOMMM, Inc. (Sample agreement <br />included as Exhibit E). Said hosting agreement shall be renewed annual as ordered by <br />Consultant and approved by City. The scope of work under this agreement will generally consist <br />of, but not be limited to, attendance at project meetings; provide, populate, maintain and give <br />training for the integrated GIS Mapping and Database program ICOM3-DSS; import/migrate <br />historical data from existing databases, videos, inspections and records; provide off-site database <br />hosting and maintenance; Full access to off-site data and software via the Internet; provide, <br />install and give training for the PicAxTM video inspection hardware and software system; and any <br />additional services, components and configurations necessary to provide a fully functional <br />Sanitary Sewer Asset Management System. <br />A-2 DESCRIPTION OF CONSULTANT SERVICES <br />A-2.1 Task 1-GIS Map Attributes to ICOM3-DSS <br />Consultant shall integrate the City's existing GIS map attributes into the ICOM3- <br />DSS management system such that the map can be queried for any and all <br />information that pertains to a sewer line or structure and display the query results <br />graphically. <br />A-2.1.1 Structure Name Corrections: Consultant shall identify all missing and <br />duplicate structure names in the City's sewer system. Structures <br />include all non-pipeline elements of the system including manholes, <br />cleanouts, pump stations, etc. Consultant shall submit to the Gity a <br />list of missing/duplicate structure names with suggested unique <br />names.
