A-2.8 Task 8 -Project Development Meetings <br />Consultant shall attend a project kick-off meeting and Lip to 4 meetings with the <br />City for project development. The intent of the meetings is for the Parties to <br />discuss the scope of work, tasks, milestones, progress, issues, recommendations, <br />and for the City to provide information and clear direction as necessary for the <br />Consultant to maintain the project schedule. <br />A-2.9 Task 9 -Monthly Progress Reporting <br />Consultant shall prepare and submit to the City monthly progress reports. Each <br />monthly report shall include a brief Project Status Report summarizing the work <br />accomplished, the status of work in progress, updates to the project schedule, <br />delays, and any foreseeable problems with meeting the schedule or budget. <br />Progress Reports shall be delivered to the City by the second Tuesday of each <br />month until the system is fully installed and operational. <br />Additional Services: <br />Other items of work not described above maybe added to the scope of work with an <br />approved work authorization and budget from the City. Examples of additional services <br />include, but are not limited to: <br />• Renaming of Components of the City's Sanitary Sewer Network; <br />• Integration of City's Storm Drain Network for Asset Management; <br />• Increasing quantities of items beyond the limits defined herein; <br />• Updating and/or integrating additional GIS map layers; <br />• Add-in modules to increase system functionality (i.e., module to capture and <br />record inclinometer data from Pearpoint camera systems). <br />A-3 SCHEDULE <br />Consultant shall diligently work to complete system configuration, installation and training as <br />detailed herein within four (4) months of Notice to Proceed. Work shall commence immediately <br />up on the issuance of an authorization letter by City. <br />The project schedule shall lae as follows: <br />Issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP) <br />GIS Mapping, Connectivity & DB Configuration <br />Data Conversion, Integration & QCIQA <br />System Installation & Training <br />Punchlist & System Acceptance <br />Sanitary Sewer Asset Management System <br />Account No. 593-521,(}H-Z/Z <br />March 14, 2005 (est.) <br />NTP + 8 weeks <br />NTP + 12 weeks <br />NTP + 18 weeks <br />NTP + 20 weeks <br />02/08/2005 <br />Page l9 of 32 <br />
