EXHIBIT D <br />PICAX~`M SPECIFICATIONS <br />February 7, 2005 <br />Pleax vAIVTM <br />On Board Computer <br />Industrial rack mounted Intel based computer shall meet the following minimum specifications: <br />/ PicAx 4U Real Time Video Compression System <br />/ Three rack unit w/rugged case <br />/ 3.0 Gz Intel Pentium processor <br />/ 2-250 Gb dual shock mounted hard drives <br />/ 512 DDR SDRAM <br />/ Windows XP Professional operating system <br />/ l 01100 LAN interface <br />/ Raid 1 hardware, continuous backup <br />/ CD/DVD/RW/DVD+RW <br />/ Internal footage counter interface card <br />/ PS/2 style mouse and keyboard <br />Image and Data Management System <br />Data fields containing uniform information shall bepre-filled to reduce setup time for the <br />inspection run. Image capture shall require only one button click to capture, another to select <br />the observation code, and a third click to save. The "save" function shall produce a JPEG still <br />image which is captured and indexed to the video record. <br />Camera direction and footage readings shall be entered automatically by the proposed software <br />application. With only three mouse clicks the operator has identified, rated and captured the <br />observation, entered the log and compiled a complete record for the database, then moves the <br />camera to the next line event. <br />The logic monitor software module shall memorize the logical steps and actions taken by the <br />CCTV operator to complete the required work for each line segment. The logic monitor shall <br />ensure the collected data correct and consistent and suitable for error-free appending to the <br />condition assessment database. Errors found are immediately reported to the CCTV Operator <br />with instructions for immediate repair. The logic monitor uses data messaging to enforce its <br />protocol of error correction. <br />Live digital video is displayed on the main console in a 640x480 viewing area. During <br />inspection, video is streamed to the hard drive, and at the users option, compressed using the <br />state of the art DivX Professional MPEG-4 Codec.
