Additional Services: <br />Other items of work not described above maybe added to the scope of work with an <br />approved work authorization and budget from the City. Examples of additional services <br />include: <br />Additional design services for intersections requiring significant <br />modifications <br />A-3 SCHEDULE <br />All work under this AGREEMENT shall be completed within 19 weeks of the issuance of the <br />Notice to Proceed. Work shall commence immediately up on the issuance of an authorization <br />letter by City. <br />The project schedule shall not exceed the schedule shown below without City's approval: <br />Notice to Proceed (NTP) NTP <br />Kick-Off Meeting NTP + 1 week <br />RFI to City NTP + 2 weeks <br />City responds to RFI with requested materials and information NTP + 3 weeks <br />Submittal of Conceptual Plans, Estimates & Recommendations NTP + 7 weeks <br />Gity Review and Comments on Conceptual Design NTP + 9 weeks <br />65% Design Submittal NTP + 12 weeks <br />City Review and Comments of 65% Design NTP + 14 weeks <br />95% Design Submittal NTP + 16 weeks <br />City Review and Comments of 95% Design NTP + 18 weeks <br />Final Design Submittal NTP + 19 weeks <br />A-4 DELIVERABLES <br />The Consultant shall deliver all items specified in detail in Exhibit A <br />A-S CITY TO PROVIDE <br />1. As-built plans or record drawings of the subject intersections including traffic <br />signals and street lights (full sized hardcopy and scanned TIFF image files, and <br />AutoCAD files, as available). <br />2. Digital ortho/aerial photo strips ofproject areas in TIFF electronic file format. <br />3. City standard drawing title block in AutoCAD 2002 electronic file format (r14 upon <br />request). <br />4. City standard details in TIFF electronic file format. <br />5. City design standards and samples of City's standard Contract Book (specifications) <br />and cost estimates. <br />6. Local policy and other constraints to be considered. <br />7. Utility contacts for identifying possible utility conflicts. <br />8.
