Project Cost <br />The following not-to-exceed cost estimate is provided to conduct the 5-Year Performance <br />Review and Financial Compliance Assessment. As indicated in Section 4, our Project Approach <br />assumes economies of scale by simultaneously prosecuting work items such as data requests, <br />document reviews, meetings, field observations, and interviews for both the Performance Review <br />and Financial Compliance Assessment.
