each calendar year, and shall be fully implemented on or before October 15 of each <br />calendar year. <br />4. During construction the following high standards far sanitation are required: Garbage <br />cans, construction dumpsters, and debris piles shall be removed on a minimum weekly <br />basis. All food related trash items such as wrappers, cans, bottles, and food scraps shall <br />be disposed of in closed containers only and shall be regularly removed from the site. <br />Inspections, conducted as part of the regular construction compliance, will be <br />conducted to ensure compliance of the subdivider and contractors with this <br />requirement. <br />5. The Urban Runoff Clean Water Program requires that all runoff be treated to remove <br />sediment and water borne pollutants prior to discharge into a public facility. <br />Examples of control measures include, but are not limited to: routing of pavement and <br />roof runoff through vegetated swales, vegetated filter strips or landscaped areas in lieu <br />of direct hydraulic connection to the storm drain system; structural control measures, <br />such as oiUwater separator(s), sand filter(s), fossil filter(s) or other methods that maybe <br />proposed by the applicant and approved by the City Engineer to intercept and pretreat <br />storm water prior to discharging to the storm drain system. These systems shall be <br />designed to meet numeric sizing criteria outlined in the new Alameda Countywide <br />NPDES Municipal Stormwater Permit. <br />6. All on-site storm drain inlets must be labeled "No Dumping-Drains to Bay" using <br />approved methods. <br />E <br />WATER SYSTEM <br />1. Water Service is currently available along MacArthur Boulevard. The subdivider <br />shall submit plans approved by EBMUD showing the water service extension, <br />network analysis and looping requirements. <br />2. On site EBMUD street fire hydrants with minimum fire flow and spacing in <br />accordance with the San Leandro Uniform Code will be required. Prior to <br />installation, the Fire Department shall approve the location of the fire hydrants. A <br />water supply shall be in place prior to combustible material being moved into any <br />phase of the project. <br />F <br />SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br />1. A 6 inch (6") sanitary sewer line is available along the west side of the property. The <br />applicant shall provide sewer calculations to determine if capacity is available for this <br />development. All required improvements are subject to the review and approval of the <br />City Engineer and shall be constructed as part of the subdivision improvements. All <br />easements in favor of the City shall be acquired for sanitary sewer lines on all affected <br />properties. <br />Final Map Tract 7452 Page 5 of 7 <br />
