WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends execution and submission of said <br />Five Year Consolidated Plan and Consolidated Action Plans with Certifications as <br />attached. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the attached 2005-09 Five Year Consolidated Plan and 2005-06 <br />Consolidated Action Plan, including requisite Certifications, is hereby approved, and the <br />City Manager is hereby authorized to execute all related documents and submit the same <br />on behalf of the City of San Leandro. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 18th day of <br />April, 2005 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />(0) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-046 2 <br />
