Test (WET). For planning purposes we have assumed that 20 total lead and 20 soluble lead
analyses would be required.
A statistical analysis of the laboratory results will be performed in accordance with EPA SW-846
methodology to determine appropriate waste classification of the soils affected by project
construction and to verify that the sampling data collected is representative of site conditions.
A written report will document the activities and findings of the study. The report would include
recommendations far additional investigation, if warranted, and for soil management and
disposal procedures, remedial measures, and/or other health and safety information that may be
pertinent to project contractors.
2.9 Record Land Net. Legal Description and Plat
MTCo will develop a record land net of the parcel to be acquired for construction including right
of way lines and the appropriate design control lines to be used in preparing the roadway
improvement plans. The land net will be computed using record information only. Field surveys
will not be conducted to locate property lines and/or property corners and are not included in our
proposed fee. We have based our scope and fee on the assumption that only 1 plat and legal
description will be prepared for the partial take from the Greenhouse Marketplace using current
title reports provided by the City of San Leandro and record information.
2.10 PS&E Submittal -30%
Preliminary (30% complete) PS&E package will be submitted to the City of San Leandro for
review and comment.
30% Deliverables = 5 sets - 11 x 17 plans
1 set - 22 x 34 plans
2 copies -List of Special Provisions
2 copies -Preliminary Engineers Estimate
2 copies -Traffic Signal Timing Report
Task 3- 70°~o Draft Plans. We will provide written
responses to the 30% review comments and provide justification for each comment that is not
incorporated into the design package.
