IV ~ <br />Description of Services <br />We have thoroughly reviewed and understand the scope of services requested by the City of San Leandro. The City of San Leandro <br />has requested that we provide a professional and timely audit and related services for the following: <br />^ City of San Leandro Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (1) <br />^ The Single Audit <br />^ Financial Statements of the City of San Leandro Redevelopment Agency <br />^ Article XIIB - GANN Limit <br />^ Transportation Development Act Reporting <br />^ Measure B Compliance <br />^ Management letter to the City Council including observations and recommendation noted and identified during the audit <br />The audits will be made in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards published by the American Institute of Certified <br />Public Accountants, Governmental Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States, the Single Audit Act <br />of 1984, the Single Audit Act Amendments of 1996 and the revised provisions of OMB Circular A-133. The Redevelopment audit will <br />also include the appropriate compliance testing in accordance with applicable sections of the California Health and Safety Code. <br />(1) To include assistance in meeting the requirements for the Government Finance Officers Association and California Society of <br />Municipal Finance Officers award programs if necessary. We will also assist in the preparation of all worksheets and conversion <br />entries necessary for compliance with GASB 34 and all related statements. We will also be available to assist the City in transition to <br />adhere to any new GASB pronouncements including, but no limited to, statements 40, 43, and 45. <br />22 <br />
