IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-103 (2318/2507) <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING TITLE 22A, CHAPTER 1, ARTICLE I <br />TO THE SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVECODE REGARDING REGULAR MEETINGS <br />OF THE RENT REVIEW BOARD <br />WHEREAS, the annual evaluation of the Rent Review Program determined that the <br />Program provides a valuable resource to the community; and <br />WHEREAS, in recent years the Rent Review Board have not occurred because no <br />eligible cases have come up for the Board to review; and <br />WHEREAS, it would be more cost-effective and streamlined if City staff cotiild ease its <br />administrative burden in canceling the regular monthly Board meetings. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said amendment to Section 22A.1.100, "Regular Meetings," under Title 22A, "Rent <br />Review Board," Chapter 1, Article I, of the San Leandro Administrative Code is hereby <br />apprQVed, <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 5th day of July, 2005, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak; Mayor Young (6) <br />NOES: None t0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Stephens ~I) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
