San Leandro funds ECHO <br />Housing services to conduct tenant <br />and landlord counseling and fair <br />housing activities. The City also <br />annually funds nonprofits with CDBG <br />funds to administer a homeless shelter <br />for women and children a variety of <br />fair housing programs. <br />Housing Division staff and other City <br />staff participate in a wide range of <br />forums that address housing and other <br />related issues such as the Alameda <br />County HOME Consortium and <br />Continuum of Care Council. <br />Year 2004 Annual Housing Progress Report 22 City Of San Leandro <br />
