POLICIES AND ACTIONS <br />PROGRESS <br />Action 59.05 A: Multi fanuly Ma~zagement Assistance Program (MMAP) <br />Continue support for the Multi family Mmzagement Assistance Program in conjunction <br />with the Rental Homeowners Association of Southern Alameda County. The program <br />should continue to provide property owners, site managers and property management <br />companies with standard rules and regulations for tenant screening and property <br />management.
