S. Severability: <br />If any section or portion of this Agreement is found to be invalid, such fmdings shall not <br />affect the validity of the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force <br />and effect. <br />T. SusRension of Rent Stabilization Request: <br />In consideration of the execution of this Agreement by the Landlord, and to the extent <br />permitted by law, the City will suspend consideration of the adoption of a mobilehome <br />home rent control or stabilization ordinance. If, however, Landlord shall fail to fulfill its <br />obligations under this Agreement, the City is free to consider enactment of a mobile <br />home rent control or stabilization ordinance.
