Over the past five years, program <br />income totaled $1,128,544.49. <br />HOME Narrative <br />The City is part of the County of Alameda HOME Consortium. As part of the Consortium, San <br />Leandro receives HOME funds annually via the Alameda County Housing and Community <br />Development Department. HOME expenditures totaled $$13,267, all of which was spent on <br />administration. <br />Citizen Comments <br />The draft CAPER is available for comment at the Community Development Department, the <br />City Clerk's Office and on the City's web site. The comment period is from August 29, 2005 to <br />September 19, 2005. The CAPER with all comments received will be reviewed and considered <br />for adoption at a City Council meeting on September 19, 2005.
