provision shall not invalidate the remaining portions hereof, and such remaining portions shall <br />remain in full force and effect for the duration of this Memorandum of Understanding. <br />It is mutually recommended that the modifications shown above shall be made applicable on the <br />dates indicated and these modifications represent the full and final settlement of all proposals made <br />by the San Leandro Police Officers' Association. <br />This Memorandum of Understanding and the recommended modifications herein shall commence <br />on January 1, 200b and shall remain in effect through December 31, 2006, except for those <br />provisions assigned other effective dates. <br />The City will provide the Association with one hundred and fifty (150) copies of the signed <br />Memorandum of Understanding. <br />Section 36. Reopener <br />The parties agree to reopen Section Health and Welfare for negotiations during this additional time <br />period. <br />Section 37.
