IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2004-036 (2678) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY OF THE COUNTY OF <br />ALAMEDA REGARDING THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES TAX <br />An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and the Public Works Agency of the <br />County of Alameda, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Glaze and passed and adopted this 15th day of March, 2004, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Grant (1) <br />ATTEST: ~~~V~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
