Documents and Support Materials <br />11. W-Trans will prepare the working papers and other presentation materials necessary for the public <br />workshops and meetings. After development of the technical report, the Consultant shall prepare <br />two executive summaries, one technical summary for the final report and one "layman's summary" <br />for distribution to the neighbors. City staff will coordinate copying and mailing of the summary for <br />the neighbors. All reports and summaries should be prepared and made available to City staff for <br />review 10 working days prior to the meetings. <br />12.
