An order for prejudgment possession maybe obtained in said action and a warrant <br />issued to the State Treasury Condemnation Fund, in the amount determined by the <br />Court to be so deposited, as a condition to the right of immediate possession; and <br />7. On December 11, 2001, the City Council determined that the Manor Library <br />Project was categorically exempt from compliance with CEQA under CEQA <br />Guidelines Section 15301(c).
