Oru• <br />work was performed in accordance with our proposal dated 23 3uly 2003 and our contract with <br />the Cite of San Leandro dated 2 Sept~nlbcr 2003 (Purchase ~xder 42213). <br />YROJEC'T DESCRIPT]0~>V <br />"I'1~e project site is located in the Southwest portion of Sara Leandro as shown on rigt~~rc 1, The <br />site encompasses approximately l 14 acres and is horderec'l by Tony Len1a Croif Course io the <br />west, .EStudillo Cabal to the north, and wetlands tc~ t]ie south and east, as shor~~n on Figure '_', It is <br />sun,ound~d by coz~tainnierzi levees; a norilv'south levee divides the site into t~~ro r3ishos~il areas <br />(ponds}. A "trai;~ing" dike in ii~e easter7~ pond provide; air iilcrcase in the slow patJ,~ for <br />decanting; the sediment Clrucj fi-om the dredged r~~aterial.
