IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2004-076 (2990) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR HERON BAY TRAIL FRONTAGE <br />LANDSCAPE RENOVATION, PROJECT NO. 03-147-42-142 <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and American Civil Constructors, Inc., dated <br />February 17, 2004, Heron Bay Trail Frontage Landscape Renovation, Project No. 03-147-42- <br />142, has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />4. That upon completion of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to <br />said contractor, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, the City <br />manager is hereby authorized to release the bonds heretofore given for maintenance of the work <br />hereinbefore described. <br />
