That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: Western Surety Company. <br />That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the 17th day of May 2004. <br />4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the HERON BAY TRAIL <br />FRONTAGE LANDSCAPE RENOVATION, PROJECT N0.03-147-42-142, is that of fee simple title <br />in certain land designated as a portion of the Heron Bay Trail, as well as ownership of improvements <br />thereon. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
