Conflict with the provisions of an adopted <br />Habitat Conservation Plan, Natural <br />Cormnunity Conservation Plan or other X 6 <br />approved local, regional, or state habitat <br />conservation lan? <br />EXPLANATION: The project site was used formerly as a fu•e statiol~, and one building and one shed remain on the site, along vrith <br />one tree and ruderal weeds. There are no knov~~r rare, threatened, or endangered plants or animal species onsite. Additionally, no <br />wetlands are knoR~n to exist onsite. Development of the project site w7th the proposed use would remove existing vegetation, with <br />re-planting of ornamental landscaping and lawns typical of conunercial development. The City does not have au adopted tree <br />ordinance, or a conservation plan. Therefore, no impacts to biological resources are anticipated. <br />7. MINERAL RESOURCES. Would the roject: <br />a. Result in the loss of availability of a known <br />mineral resource that would be of value to the X I <br />re ion and the residents of the state? <br />b. Result in the loss of availability of a locally, <br />iny~ortant mineral resource recovery site X 1 <br />delineated on a local general plan, specific plan <br />or other land use lan7 <br />EXPLANATION: There are no known mineral resources located within the boundaries of the project area, which has been <br />previously developed. Therefore, no impacts to nrineral resources are anticipated. <br />8. HAZARDS AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS. Would the ro'ect: <br />a. Create a significant hazard to the public or the <br />enviromuent tlu-ough the routine transport, use, X 2 <br />or dis osal of hazardous materials? <br />b. Create a significant hazard to the public or the <br />environment through reasonably foreseeable <br />upset and accident conditions involving the X 7 <br />release of hazardous materials unto the <br />enviromuent? <br />c.
