IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-096 (2928) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE STATE TRANSPORTATION <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (STIP) MARINA BOULEVARD WIDENING PROJECT, <br />PROJECT NO. 02-150-38-216 <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and O.C. Jones & Sons, Inc., dated April 7, <br />2003, State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) Marina Boulevard Widening Project, <br />Project No. 02-150-38-216, has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />4. That upon completion of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to <br />said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br />Director, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore <br />given for maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />
