That on or about the 7th day of April 2003, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State <br />of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain <br />contract with O.C. JONES & SONS, 1520 FOURTH STREET, BERKELEY, CA 94710, as <br />contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To wit, STATE TRANSPORTATION <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (STIP) MARINA BOULEVARD WIDENING PROJECT, <br />PROJECT N0.02-150-38-216. <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the 21st day of June 2004. <br />4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the STATE <br />TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (STIP) MARINA BOULEVARD WIDENING <br />PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 02-150-38-216 is that of public right of way in certain land designated as <br />Marina Boulevard, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
