IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-109 (2957) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE TARGET SIGN RELOCATION, <br />AS PART OF THE HESPERIAN BOULEVARD AND LEWELLING BOULEVARD <br />WIDENING PROJECT, ACTIA PROJECT NO. 17, PROJECT NO. 144-39-002 <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and Fluoresco Lighting-Sign Maintenance <br />Corporation, dated September 2, 2003, Target Sign Relocation, as Part of the Hesperian <br />Boulevard and Lewelling Boulevard Widening Project, ACTIA Project No. 17, Project No. 144- <br />39-002, has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on <br />said project. <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said <br />conditions are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />4. That upon completion of the one-year Maintenance Period established <br />pursuant to said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and <br />Transportation Director, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release <br />the bond heretofore given for maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />
