That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual). <br />That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the 6th day of July 2004. <br />4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the TARGET SIGN <br />RELOCATION, AS PART OF THE HESPERIAN BOULEVARD AND LEWELLING <br />BOULEVARD WIDENING PROJECT, ACTIA PROJECT NO. 17, PROJECT NO. 144-39-002 is <br />that of public right of way in certain land designated as 15555 Hesperian Boulevard. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
