F. The design of the subdivision or type of improvements is not likely to cause serious <br />public health problems. A residential subdivision will not involve significant amounts of <br />hazardous materials or products. <br />G. All existing underground facilities in it will be maintained by the respective agencies. <br />Thus, the design of the subdivision or type of improvements will not conflict with or <br />affect the existing easements. <br />Recitals <br />There has been submitted to this Council a vesting tentative map entitled "Vesting Tentative Map, <br />Tract 7497, San Leandro, Alameda County, Californua." <br />The City Engineer has certified that said Vesting Tentative Map is technically correct; and that the <br />subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 13 of the San Leandro Municipal <br />Code and the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the Vesting Tentative Map, Tract 7497, is hereby approved, subject to the conditions <br />of Approval set forth in Planning Case PLN2004-00034. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Glaze and passed and adopted this 7th day of September, <br />2004, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayox Young(7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />(0) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-129 2 <br />
