All on-site storm drain inlets must be labeled "No Dumping-Drains to Bay" using <br />thermo- plastic paint or approved methods. <br />E. WATER SYSTEM <br />1. Prior to approval of the Final Map for the project, the Subdivider shall submit signed <br />agreements with EBMUD, for the construction of the proposed water main <br />connections. The main connection shall be made on Sitka Street with a shared main <br />connection for the development. <br />2. On site EBMUD Street fire hydrants with minimum fire flow and spacing in <br />accordance with the San Leandro Uniform Code will be required. Prior to <br />installation, the Fire Department shall approve the location of the fire hydrants. A <br />water supply shall be in place prior to combustible material being moved into any <br />phase of the project. <br />F. SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br />L An 8 inches sanitary sewer line is available along the Sitka Street side of the property. <br />The applicant shall provide sewer calculations to determine if capacity is available for <br />this development. All required improvements are subject to the review and approval of <br />the City Engineer and shall be constructed as part of the Subdivision improvements. A <br />joint service lateral shall be provided in the private drive and public utility easement and <br />one connection made to the sewer line on Sitka Street. <br />G. UNDERGROUNDING OF OVERHEAD UTILITIES <br />1. Undergrounding of Utilities: All utilities on-site shall be installed to underground <br />facilities including service connections. Appurtenant facilities shall be flush type <br />rather than above grade pedestals. <br />H. FEES AND DEPOSITS <br />1. Design review fees, development impact fees, permit fees, inspection fees, and any <br />other fees charged by the City or other reviewing agencies for the review, approval, <br />permitting and inspection of the above listed public improvements shall be paid by <br />the Developer. <br />2. Prior to approval of the final map, Subdivider shall enter into a Subdivision <br />Improvement Agreement and shall post security in the amounts and forms acceptable <br />to the City Engineer. <br />Page 5 <br />
