invited to reviewing the development project and has determined, with implementation of <br />the project conditions of approval, no significant impacts are anticipated. <br />F. The design of the residential condominium subdivision and necessary on- and off-site <br />improvements is not likely to cause serious public health problems. A residential <br />condominium project of this relatively small size will not involve any significant amounts <br />of hazardous materials or products. <br />G. The design of the subdivision or type of improvements will not conflict with or affect any <br />existing easements. <br />Recitals <br />There has been submitted to this Council, a tentative map entitled "Vesting Tentative Map, Tract <br />7560, San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br />The City Engineer has certified that said Vesting Tentative Map, is technically correct; and that the <br />subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 13 of the San Leandro Municipal <br />Code and the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the Vesting Tentative Map, Tract 7560 is hereby approved, subject to the conditions of <br />PLN2004 -00074 (Vesting Tentative Map) and PLN2001-00056 (Planned Development) prescribed <br />by the Planning Commission. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 1st day of November, 2004, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young(7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />(0) <br />RESOLUTION N0.2004-156 2 <br />
