2. That the City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the Negative <br />Declaration for the Draft Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan was presented to the <br />City Council for review and consideration, that the Negative Declaration reflects <br />the independent judgment of the City of San Leandro, and that the City Council <br />reviewed and considered the information contained in the Negative Declaration <br />prior to taking action on the Draft Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Nardine and passed and adopted on this 1st day of <br />November 2004, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmernbers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young(7) <br />NOES: None ~~) <br />ABSENT: None <br />~UWI(~X-ES`. <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />t~) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-157 <br />
