WHEREAS, the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan is wholly consistent with the San <br />Leandro General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was prepared for the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master <br />Plan and was circulated fora 30-day public review period beginning on September 13, 2004 and <br />concluding on October 12, 2004, and no public comments were received; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan, as recommended for adoption by the <br />Planning Commission, is hereby approved. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Nardine and passed and adopted this 1st day of November <br />2004, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young(7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: J'~~~_C•(/VL <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />(0) <br />RESOLUTION N0.2004-1 S8 2 <br />
