Final Design Submittal <br />A-4 DELIVERABLES <br />2 weeks <br />TOTAL 21 weeks <br />The Consultant shall deliver all items as specified in detail above. <br />A-5 CITY TO PROVIDE <br />Right-of--Entry -City will provide contact information for property owners, assist <br />in notifying owners and securing authorization to enter properties, as needed. <br />2. Base Drawings -City will provide AutoCAD files of the project areas that include <br />high resolution orthophotos, improvements, Right-of--Way lines, property lines, <br />easements, benchmarks, topography, etc. The drawings will be to scale (L• 1) and <br />coordinate referenced. <br />3. Reference Materials -Including, but not limited to, record drawings of the project <br />areas; CCTV videos and inspection logs of SSM; sewer flow data; City Standard <br />Specifications, Special Provisions and Standard Plans; and City drawing frame and <br />CAD standards. <br />4.
