format. The City will receive an AutoCAD copy of the drawing files and one original set wet stamped and signed. Final Specifications -Consultant shall prepare Final Technical Specifications. The Specifications will be prepared in City's standard format using MS Word, and in accordance with the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, (The Green Book). • Final Cost Estimate -Consultant shall prepare a final cost estimate with an estimated cost of construction broken down into standard bid items for all elements shown on the Final Plans. Additional Services: Other items of work not described above maybe added to the scope of work with an approved work authorization and budget from the City. Examples of additional services include, but are not limited to: • Bidding -Provide assistance to the City during the bidding process including preparation of addenda and responses to bidder's written questions, and attendance at one pre-bid conference. Work on addenda items related to design corrections in the plans and specifications will be completed at no additional cost to the City. • Engineering Services During Construction -Interpretation of contract documents, preparation of change orders, review of extra work requests, review of shop drawings and submittals, attendance at meetings to resolve design or construction issues, and site visits to observe construction operations. A-3 SCHEDULE All work under this AGREEMENT shall be completed on or before Aril 30, 2005. Work shall commence immediately up on the issuance of an authorization letter by City.
