Air District Approval Date (Section II.2): October 20, 2004 <br />11. Special Conditions (Section II.2, II.7, II.9): <br />A. The Project Sponsor shall install the TFCA decal on the vehicles operated with TFCA funds. <br />B. The Project Sponsor shall acknowledge the TFCA as a funding source in all promotional material <br />(e.g., press releases, brochures, schedules, etc.). <br />C. The Project Sponsor shall submit to the Air District a certification of compliance letter in advance of <br />or with its first invoice. The letter shall identify all shuttle operators, and effective dates and duration <br />of third party contracts (if any) for shuttle operations funded with TFCA funds. In addition, the letter <br />shall provide: <br />1) documentation of particulate matter retrofit device installation; <br />2) vehicle identification number for retrofitted vehicles; and <br />3) source of ultra low sulfur diesel and location of normal fueling station(s). <br />D. Any change in the proposed vehicle type, engine type, fuel type or retrofit device described in the <br />Project Description in Attachment B must be approved in advance by the Air District. <br />E. The Project Sponsor shall furnish all current and revised shuttle bus schedules for the routes <br />described in Attachment B to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) for inclusion on <br />the Bay Area Transit Information web page. The Project Sponsor shall provide revisions to shuttle <br />schedules to MTC within ten (i0) working days of availability. <br />F. The Project Sponsor shall provide a draft copy of any survey instruments (see Final Report in <br />Attachment C) for review and approval to the Air District contact listed above. <br />TFCA Regional Fund Project 04R69 <br />Page 8 <br />
