It is assumed that the fuel line is to be relocated. The utility owner shall perform the <br />relocation design and construction. <br />Levee Analysis and Certification <br />Consultant will perform levee stability analysis and other required tasks to prepare document <br />and form to have the levee certified by the FEMA as required by the governing agency. <br />City Provided Information and Services <br />City shall provide the Consultant services and information outlined below so that Consultant <br />can produce the design of this Bay Trail Project. Consultant shall review materials provided <br />and bring any discrepancies to City's attention but othervvise reserves the right to rely on <br />accuracy and completeness of all information provided by City. <br />1. Electronic file on disk with: <br />a. City standard border and title block <br />b. Standard Drawings title sheet <br />c. Standard legend and abbreviations sheet <br />d. Standard City details for the improvements <br />2. Survey information on a file disk in Electronic format including: <br />a. Digital ortho photographs (electronic file) <br />b. Horizontal control ties to monuments <br />c. Vertical ties to a City benchmark <br />d. Horizontal and vertical control <br />3. Available trail improvement plans, and record drawings of facilities relating to this <br />project including copies of Planning Study, EIR, and related documents. <br />4. Copies of general conditions, standard drawings pertaining to this project and standard <br />bidding documents used by the City to bid construction projects and a sample of typical <br />project plans and specifications. Standard details shall be in electronic file format. <br />5. Electronic version of sample special provisions'for contract documents. An electronic <br />copy of the standard provisions. <br />6. Rights-of--entry for all private properties within the area of work, if necessary. <br />7.
