Rocha, Executive Director <br />Phone: 510-581-9380 (Extension 17) <br />Project Name: Fair Housing Services <br />PROJECT GOALS AND OBJECTIVES <br />1. Provide fair housing services to residents of San Leandro, including complaint <br />intake, complaint evaluation, investigation, counseling, mediation, and referral. <br />2. Conduct extensive outreach, training and educational workshops for the public, <br />focusing especially on tenants, potential home buyers, landlords, property <br />managers and realtors. <br />3. Conduct audits or test in relation to specific complaints or potential patterns of <br />discrimination. <br />PERFORMANCE MEASURES <br />SUBREGIPIENT SHALL, FOR THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: <br />A. Process inquiries and complaints: <br />1. Serve all clients inquiring information about fair housing and related <br />issues, and complaining about discriminatory treatment. <br />2. Evaluate and investigate complaints. <br />a. Initiate investigation of discrimination complaints within 24 hours .from <br />receipt of a complaint. All investigations will be performed by trained <br />persons, following established fair housing investigative methods. <br />b.
