Rocha, Executive Director <br />Phone: 510-581-9380 (Extension 17) <br />Project Name: Landlord Tenant Counseling Services <br />PROJECT GOALS AND OBJECTIVES <br />Provide landlord tenant counseling services to residents of San Leandro, which <br />includes: <br />- responding to inquiries and registering complaints by tenants or landlords <br />- providing information <br />- explaining their rights and responsibilities <br />- providing dispute resolution services (which includes counseling, mediation <br />and reconciliation services) <br />- providing housing referrals <br />- outreach and education/training to landlords, property managers and tenants. <br />PERFORMANCE MEASURES <br />SUBRECIPIENT SHALL, FOR THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: <br />A. Process inquiries and complaints: <br />1.
