2.3 Cost Estimate -The Contractor shall prepare a 100% cost estimate with an <br />estimated cost of construction broken down into standard bid items for all <br />elements shown on the 100% Plans. <br />2.4 Review Meeting -The Contractor shall provide 3 sets of the 100% Plans to the <br />City for review by and distribution to City departments. The City departments <br />shall review the 100% Plans and prepare comments for Contractors to incorporate <br />into the Final Plans. <br />Task 3 -Final Design <br />31 Final Plans -The Contractor shall prepare Final Plans. All sheets shall be <br />prepared in accordance with the City's drafting standards and will be on City's <br />standard borders supplemented by Contractor's drafting standards and standard <br />details, symbols, and abbreviations as appropriate. The CAD files will be saved <br />in AutoCAD 2002 format. The City will receive an AutoCAD copy of the <br />drawing files and 3 sets of the Final Plans. <br />3.2 Final Specifications - The Contractor shall prepare Final Technical <br />Specifications. The Specifications will be prepared in City's standard format <br />using MS Word, and in accordance with the Standard Specifications for Public <br />Works Construction, (The Green Book). <br />3.3 Final Cost Estimate -The Contractor shall prepare a final cost estimate with an <br />estimated cost of construction broken down into standard bid items for all <br />elements shown on the Final Plans. <br />Additional Services: <br />Other items of work not described above may be added to the scope of work with an <br />approved work authorization and budget from the City.
