4.0 CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION <br />4.01 Construction Review: Provide construction support services to the City in monitoring <br />the contractors' execution of the work for conformance with design intents, contract <br />requirements, schedules, and cost limits. Work shall be performed on an hourly basis <br />based on pre-approval by the City. City shall have the primary responsibility for this <br />phase of services and shall be the primary point of contact. Services may include the <br />following: <br />a. Respond to contractor requests for information (BFI's) <br />b. Review contractor submittals <br />c. Perform site inspections as requested by the City of San Leandro <br />d. Assistance in evaluating contractor change order requests. <br />5.0 SCHEUDLE <br />5.01 Schedule: Schedule for completed of project deliverables is as follows: <br />Submit 35% drawings, outlined specifications 3 weeks from Notice to Proceed <br />and Cost Estimate <br />Submit 70% Construction Documents <br />and Cost Estimate <br />Submit 100% Construction Documents <br />and Cost Estimate <br />Submit Final Construction Documents <br />and Cost Estimate <br />CITY TASKS: <br />• Provide City standard title block. <br />• Provide City standard details. <br />3 weeks from receipt of <br />City's comments on 35% PS&E <br />3 weeks from receipt of <br />City's comments on 70% PS&E <br />2 weeks from receipt of <br />City's comments on 100% PS&E <br />• Provide topographic survey. <br />• Review 35% design development set, and provide comments. <br />• Review 70% construction document set, and provide comments. <br />• Review 100% construction document set, and provide comments. <br />• Route construction documents sets to appropriate City personnel for review. <br />CSA-Callander Associates Page 4 of l4 <br />Halcyon Park Renovation Project Nos. 210-43-190, 210-69-197 <br />
