DTM deliverables shall consist o£ <br />DTM data file in ASCII and coverage format, comprised of masspoints, breaklines, patches <br />and other interim data for the entire project area. <br />• Two foot contour data in ArcGIS 8.2 format as coverages. <br />9.0 PLANIMETRIC UPDATE <br />HJW is also proposing to determine areas of change and to update the existing planimetry by means <br />of photogrammetric methods. Working closely with the City's staff and by comparing the original <br />photography against the new flight we will determine areas of change. HJW will update all existing <br />planimetric data collected in the original project and deliver in ARC GIS 8.2 format. <br />Planimetric deliverables shall consist o£ <br />• Updated planimetric data in ArcGIS format as coverages. <br />10.0 DIGITAL ORTHOPHOTOS <br />These orthophotos shall be prepared by scanning the 9" x 9" continuous tone diapositives. The <br />pixel size for the 1"=40' digital orthophotos shall be 0.25'. The digital image shall be orthorectified <br />by correlating the raw pixel images with a digital terrain model of sufficient precision to correct the <br />digital image within accuracy standards of this Scope of Work. Digital ortho data files shall be <br />uncompressed Geo_TIFF files. The 1"=40' scale digital orthophotos shall cover an area equal to <br />1,500' x 1,000' on the ground that corresponds to the Alameda County Grid System with NAD 83 <br />California State Plane, Zone III (in feet) coordinates. <br />All elevated streets, highways and bridge structures within the City of San Leandro shall be <br />properly rectified to their true position and shall be without any smear or breaklines in the image. <br />The small area vacated by this process maybe filled with a gray shade. <br />Orthophotography deliverables shall consist o£ <br />• Geo_TIFF tiles for the entire project area (1500' X 1000') matching the City's existing grid <br />system and naming convention (conforming to the Alameda County Grid System). <br />MrSID compressed imagery of each the for the entire project area, as well as a mosaic of <br />the entire project area. <br />11.0 HARD COPY <br />Each 1" = 100' and 1" = 200' base map shall be produced on film written reproducible mylars, at <br />an image quality suitable for blueprint reproduction. These base maps shall be on 24" x 36" .004" <br />mylar sheets with a border and a title block as specified by the City.
